Riding Refinements
Hear that? That's the peacefulness of a Gates Carbon Belt Drive system, making the new Grunt EVO a chain free environment. EVO has a narrower frame than its predecessor and the redesigned swing arm lightens the weight while adding a sportier appearance. We also mounted the electrical components to the frame for a more minimal look.
Ergonomics
The updated scalloped seat offers better absorption and makes for a more ergonomic and plush experience. Our rear suspension upgrades offer additional comfort during your off-road adventures.
Durability
Our new footpegs and footage mounting provides more durability and the slick, stylized fairings further protect the battery and enhance aerodynamics.
Display
The EVO is outfitted with a bright color display that is centrally mounted on the upper triple clamp. EVO’s display shows Speed, Ride Mode, Charge Level and any system alerts. The five-button D-Pad is mounted on the handlebar, where the rider can change ride modes.
Motor & Battery
The EVO’s unique Volcon motor is designed for torque and efficiency. Our powerful 8kw motor can tackle nearly any terrain, and the adjustable Ride Modes make it easy to rip with versatility. The motor and battery are IP67 rated meaning its water, sand, and snow proof and ready for any weather. Regenerative braking contributes to the EVO's solid range, but if you need more, an extra battery can be stored inside the frame, and swaps out easily for a quick doubling of range.

What maintenance is needed on the EVO?
Very little to no maintenance is needed on the EVO. Keeping the battery charged as well as cleaning and checking belt tension are the most common things that need to be maintained.
How long does the EVO take to charge?
2-4 hours depending on the battery’s state of charge.
Do I need to make any electrical outlet changes at my residence in order to charge the EVO battery?
No, a standard household electric outlet is sufficient.
How far can I ride my EVO on a single charge?
70+ miles in Explorer mode with 2 2.0kwh batteries
