Hear that? That's the peacefulness of a Gates Carbon Belt Drive system, making the new Grunt EVO a chain free environment. EVO has a narrower frame than its predecessor and the redesigned swing arm lightens the weight while adding a sportier appearance. We also mounted the electrical components to the frame for a more minimal look.

Very little to no maintenance is needed on the EVO. Keeping the battery charged as well as cleaning and checking belt tension are the most common things that need to be maintained..

The EVO’s front and rear wheels are cast aluminum and powder coated to maintain a durable finish for off-road use. Volcon recommends Volcon branded replacement tires for the EVO that include the Volcon Bolt pattern molded into the tread and sidewall.

The standard inflation pressure for vehicles leaving the factory is 12 PSI. We recommend vehicle operators check and maintain inflation pressures weekly.

Tire pressures may be adjusted for surface traction conditions

A tire pressure as low as 9 PSI may be used for soft terrain and agricultural use in freshly turned earth and wet fields.

Rolling resistance is a function of tire pressure and surface conditions. Rolling resistance on a plowed field may be 5X higher than on a hard packed trail. Lower tire pressures will reduce range.

The EVO battery is rated for 1,000 charge cycles with less than a 20% degradation rate battery capacity from the initial standard. Proper maintenance and storage required.
